Insulin is a polypeptide with two peptide chains, The short chain consists 21 amino acids. Analysis shows that the first ten amino acids are IIe x 2, Val, Gly, Glu, Gln, Cys x 2, Thr, Ser with Gly as the N-terminal amino acids, also having the following fragments: Cys-Thr-Ser, IIe-Val-Glu, Gln-Cys-Cys, Thr-Cys-Cys, Thr-Ser-IIe, Val-Glu-Gln, Gly-IIe. Work out what the sequence is of the first ten amino acids.
